We are a non-profit fraternal organization and are a subordinate chapter of the Washington State Grange Association. We have been charted in the same building since 1949. Our Hall has 2 levels holding up to 250 persons with a large paved parking area. 3 bathrooms, commercial kitchen. Updated heating and air with new electrical service this year. Upper level has a built-in 15' x 18' raised stage and 80' x 30' refinished wooden dance floor. All seating and tables are provided.
General Prices: Broadway Grange is a non-profit community service organization and we rent our hall at $300 each 'level' or $550 for the whole building for 24 hour periods.
